What’s your availability for sessions?Currently, I am available: Tuesday (late morning and afternoon) Wednesday (late morning and afternoon) Thursday (late morning and afternoon).

How will we meet for the sessions?Currently, I offer only virtual appointments via a secure, HIPIC-compliant online platform.

What is your rate / my investment?$290 per session Payment is due at the end of the session via bank transfer.

Do you take insurance or ACC?No, I currently don’t take insurance or ACC.

How long are the sessions?All sessions are 50 minutes.

How often will we meet?I meet with clients weekly because I have seen that progress is best made when we can meet consistently. As a therapist who practices from a psychodynamic perspective, I believe the relationship we create in the virtual therapy room is essential to the work that we'll do together. For that to occur, we need to meet regularly to build a strong therapeutic relationship. Individual therapy is a long-term commitment. Healing, growth, and change do not happen overnight. This process takes time.

What can I expect in the consultation?The consultation call is an opportunity to determine if we are a good fit. I'll ask you some questions about yourself, and I'll share with you how I work. You can also ask me questions you might have.

What can I expect in the first session and therapy in general?We will focus on what has brought you to therapy. I'll get a sense of you and what your concerns and needs are. This is also an opportunity to connect and build our therapeutic relationship and for you to express how you feel working with me. Many individuals find therapy to be a transformative and empowering experience. It's normal to also feel uncertain, anxious or nervous, which we can navigate together. Your feelings are valid, and this is a space free from judgment. We'll work together to explore and understand your emotions and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Your comfort and well-being are top priorities as we explore and work towards positive change.

Do you work with men or gender-diverse people?At this time, I only specialise in working with people that identify as women.

Do you work with adolescents?Currently, I only specialise in working with millennial adults (people born between 1996-1987).
